1. Service Overview

KDS is a matching platform that helps kidney patients and donors discover compatible swap partners. KDS is not a healthcare provider, transplant center, or medical advisor. All transplant decisions remain with you and your medical team.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction, and either a kidney patient, a willing donor, or part of a donor-patient pair. False representation is grounds for immediate account termination.

3. Wallet-Based Identity

Your account is bound to your Solana wallet public key. You are solely responsible for the security of your private key and seed phrase. KDS cannot recover lost wallets and cannot reverse transactions signed by your wallet.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: solicit payment in exchange for donation, harass other users, post false medical information, attempt to circumvent privacy controls, or use the platform for any purpose other than legitimate kidney swap matching.

5. On-Chain Records

Consent records are written to the Solana blockchain and are, by design, immutable. Deleting your KDS account removes your personal data from our servers and unlinks it from on-chain identifiers, but does not erase the on-chain records themselves.

6. Disclaimer of Medical Liability

KDS does not perform medical evaluations, cross-match testing, or any aspect of the surgical process. Compatibility scores are informational only — final compatibility is always determined by accredited transplant centers. KDS is not liable for medical outcomes.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the profile page. KDS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via in-app banner and email at least 14 days before they take effect.
